The cake decorating class will be three fun-filled sessions with one of the premier cake makers and decorators around. Peaches will provide an introduction to the art of cake decorating.  She will demonstrate frosting, splitting and filling, cutting and shaping, and decorating cakes.

 In this fun class held inside our store, learn the art of making beautiful flowers out of icing--roses, pansies, daffodils, forget-me-nots, and many others.  Learn to make easy borders and flowers. Remember, cake decorators can eat their mistakes.

Along the way you will be taught how to arrange flowers on cakes.
